SalesLens is operated by Alex Fitterling (Nürnberg, Germany); full provider details are in the imprint. Data is processed in AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt).
What we store
- Your sign-in (e-mail, MFA enrolment) in Amazon Cognito.
- The Apple keys you add — App Store Connect API key (required), and optionally an In-App Purchase key and an Apple Search Ads key: their public identifiers in clear, the private keys only encrypted with a customer-managed AWS KMS key bound to your account.
- Daily sales reports fetched with your key, cached for up to 400 days so your dashboard loads instantly.
- Your web session (a random id in a cookie; the sign-in tokens are stored server-side, encrypted) for up to 30 days.
- Anonymous funnel events from the landing page (a random id, the step, the day) for 90 days. The landing page sets no cookies.
- Server and API access logs — including for the landing page's event beacons — keep the requesting IP address and browser user agent for 30 days, for security and abuse prevention; they are not joined to your account data.
What we never do
- We never see your Apple ID or password; an API key only grants the role you choose when you create it.
- We never sell or share your data, and we never use it for anything but showing it back to you.
Deleting your data
Settings → Delete account removes every stored key, all cached reports and your sign-in immediately. You can also remove any single key at any time. Questions: info@sp33c.tech.
